Follow these simple instructions to pack your precious items perfectly

Before sending you the collection documentation, your trusted contact person will ask you to weigh your items: this information is necessary to ensure the value of your valuables accurately.
So weigh them individually (without removing the diamonds/precious stones from their blister, if sealed, alone if they are loose) and mark the weight of each one. Do the same with watches and jewellery, weigh them without the box.

Once you have signed and sent the collection documentation to the contact person, all you have to do is safely package your item and deliver it to the courier on the agreed upon collection day.

The Auctentic courier arrives at your home in two stages. The first time to deliver 3 envelopes to you:

Transparent seal envelope uniquely numbered

it is Malca Amit's anti-burglary seal to guarantee insurance coverage, in which to store your precious item once packaged.

Hard cardboard case (or a box, in the case of sending bulkier objects or watches)

which provides structure to the package, is the one where you insert the transparent envelope that contains your precious.

Opaque plastic outer bag with transparent pocket for documents

the second plastic bag where you can insert the waybill is that of the courier who will collect it and guarantee the anonymity of your shipment.

Prepare your package safely

Prepare the items and certificates (or the original box and guarantee for the watches) – if you have them – next to the envelope and take photos (to be sent later to your personal Auctentic contact).

NB: Photographing the object next to the envelope, before and after packing it and sending the photos to your contact person, is a necessary operation to verify that the objects you will send correspond to those indicated in the ownership entrustment documentation, and to ensure that the your packaging has been perfectly executed.

After photographing the objects next to the shipping envelope, wrap your precious items tightly in a sheet of bubble wrap, the plastic one with a thousand bubbles, and secure the resulting package with adhesive tape.

Shake the package slightly to ensure that the contents inside do not move.
If you feel movement inside the package, unravel it and repeat the operation to obtain a package whose contents are still.
In fact, the secret of the perfect shipment lies precisely in the immobility of the object inside its packaging, which will thus be completely protected during the journey.
When you have finished packing all the objects, take a photo of the packages obtained and send them to your Auctentic contact person and wait for their confirmation before placing them in the transparent seal envelope.

After receiving the positive opinion of your contact person , insert the packaged objects into the Malca-Amit transparent plastic seal bag and close it, lifting the protection from the adhesive strip and making the two flaps adhere.
Then insert the transparent seal envelope inside the cardboard case and close it by lifting the self-adhesive protection, pressing to close.
Finally, close the package obtained inside the courier's opaque plastic envelope and insert the waybill into the transparent pocket on the outside.

Print the waybill (1) received by email and insert the sheet with the three barcodes into the transparent pocket of the courier's envelope.
On the closed envelope, at the top, add three signatures (2) between the self-adhesive flap and the body of the package.
Hand the second sheet – the one with a single barcode – to the courier upon delivery, who will sign it and return it as a receipt (3) .
Keep it, as it constitutes confirmation that your package has been received.
